Commercial Lease Plan's

Lease plans are a mandatory requirement for the registration of all leases of more than 7 years, with the Land Registry.

All properties that have leases which are captured by this legislation must have a lease plan.


Lease Plans Regulations

  • Our lease plans are fully compliant with Land Registry guidelines and are characterised by the following essential features:
  • The plan must be drawn true to a recognised metric scale and show its orientation.
  • The plan must show sufficient detail to enable the land in the lease to be identified on the Ordnance Survey map.
  • The property must be clearly identified by suitable colouring, edging or hatching.
  • Different floor levels must be identified on the plan
  • Colour references on the plan must match the text of the deed.
  • The plan must be signed by the landlord.

Order your lease plan from us and we will assign a suitable surveyor to visit the site and gather the information required. You will receive 2 hard copies and a PDF document. Typically delivered within 5 working days. Discount when purchased with a commercial epc.
